Leonor Seixas started out as a dancer, attended the National Conservatory of Dance in Lisbon, and organically moved on to theater, continuing on stage at the Cascais Professional School of Theater. At the age of 18 she went to New York to continue her studies to become an actress at the Lee Strasberg Theater Institute. When she finished the course, she was immediately chosen to star in a film and a soap opera. The success of these projects made Leonor work constantly and play countless interesting characters in film, theater and television, as well as voiceovers, commercials, recitals and other performances. She has had many nominations and won awards in important festivals such as the Sophia Awards, SPA Awards, Golden Globes, Cinema Bloguers Awards and Valencia Film Festival. Leonor lives between Portugal and Los Angeles, loves art, theater, film, television, traveling and sports, and recently became a mother for the first time, to Julia.
