Matilde began her career as a model when she was just 15 and quickly landed several international jobs. She decided to broaden her horizons and made her acting debut at the age of 20 in the TVI soap opera “Amar Demais”. In 2021, she took part in the 2nd and 3rd seasons of Opto’s “O Clube”, as part of the main cast of the series. In the same year, she also joined the cast of TVI’s soap opera “Para Sempre”. In 2022, she made her first appearance in an international project “Operation Dark Tide” for Amazon Prime and was nominated for the Golden Globes in the “Breakthrough” category and for the Fantastic Awards as “Best Streaming Actress” for her role in the series “The Club”. Also in 2022/2023, she took part in the SIC soap opera “Por Ti”. She is currently recording the new TVI soap opera, “Cacau”, in which she plays the lead role for the first time. Matilde loves nature, the sea, the sun, music, traveling, hiking and surfing, and her dog Maya.
