Quintela e Penalva | Knight Frank

Quintela e Penalva | Knight Frank’s communications kicked off with the launch in Portugal of The Wealth Report, an annual document designed by the Knight Frank team, which has been a partner of the Portuguese real estate company since 2021.

In order to expand the relevant information in The Wealth Report, which analyses real estate market trends, the newspaper Expresso was given a first-hand look – for this purpose, media angles were selected beforehand, after an extensive analysis of the report, and the most relevant information was summarized and sent to the media outlet in question. The news, which had a major impact on the media, was accompanied by a launch event, for which the media was called, and the distribution of a press release.

Over the following months, Quintela e Penalva + Knight Frank’s reputation was cemented by continuously processing and sending out reports with relevant information on the national and international real estate sector. By the end of 2023, both real estate companies had achieved strategic space in the main Portuguese media.
