  • THE CHALLENGE

Publicize the creation and launch of the real estate developer Vanguard Properties in Portugal.

  • THE IDEA

Global Press outlined a media relations strategy that aimed to create awareness about a new player in the Portuguese real estate market.

The strategy has two phases:

The first is the elaboration and execution of a set of interviews with the CEO of the company with the most relevant media in Portugal to talk about the creation of the company, the ambitions, the projects, the investment planned for Portugal and the areas of operation.

The second phase, in which we find ourselves, involves the communication of Vanguard Properties’ different projects and initiatives. For each project or initiative, a specific communication strategy is outlined taking into account the objectives of Vanguard Properties and the target audience.

  • EFFECTIVENESS

In two years, hundreds of news stories were published in relevant media in Portugal, which contributed to Vanguard Properties being recognized today as one of the most important real estate developers in Portugal.
