Casio has just released a new model G-SHOCK MR-G. The new MRG-G1000B-1A4 features the “GPS Hybrid Wave Ceptor * timekeeping” system and red details that evoke the red armor that was used by elite samurai. The MR-G series offers the latest in shock-resistant watch design. It combines the quality of titanium finishes with the distinctive look of a G-SHOCK that conveys its shock-resistant performance.

The new MRG-G1000B-1A4 features red details that evoke the red lacquered armor that signified the power and strength of the elite samurai in ancient Japan. The details in red are applied to the bezel and the logos of the display, the second hand and the hands of the internal dials underlining the robust and robust appearance of the MR-G.

The large side buttons, crown and front screws are chiseled from metal and have gold plating, emphasizing black and red adding a refined look to the watch. For maximum strength, the bezel, housing, bracelet and bottom of the carton have a deep-layer reinforcement to increase the hardness, on top of which a carbon coating (DLC) is applied. Sallaz polishing, considered the best in polishing techniques, is applied to obtain a radiant and flawless finish.

The dial is made from sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating for scratch resistance and better readability, while multidimensional index marks are developed using precision casting techniques from Casio. This attention to small detail results in an extremely elegant watch. The MRG-G1000B-1A4 offers a timekeeping system that receives GPS satellite signals and radio wave signals to calibrate the time and features Dual Time World Time, which displays the time of two cities simultaneously.
